There are two airports on the island, Hewanorra International Airport at Vieux Fort (UVF) and George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU) in Castries.

Three major airlines fly from the UK:
British Airways flies twice a week on a Saturday and a Wednesday from Gatwick, Virgin Atlantic flies three times a week out of Gatwick on a Sunday, Tuesday and Friday. They will also begin a service from Manchester in 2007. Excel Airways flies on a Tuesday from Gatwick.

Airport departure tax
A Departure Tax of EC $68 (US $26, £13) is payable by all international passengers over 12 years old or EC $35 (US $13) for regional passengers and this must be paid when leaving the Island. The correct money should be given. NB: The departure tax will shortly be included in the price of the ticket (Jan 2008)
